The Recruiting Accelerator 6-Step Process
Choose The Right Niche For You
We'll show you how to combine your industry background, experience, market demand, and candidate supply to hone in on the right niche for you so that you come across as a specialist when you're talking to potential clients.
Automate Your Client Acquisition
To avoid wasting hours and hours every day doing manual prospecting (like most traditional recruiters), we'll teach you modern business development strategies, like LinkedIn automation and email marketing, that generates 2-3 appointments per week with hiring managers.
Use "Perfect Match" Messaging
Because hiring managers get bombarded by recruiting vendors on an almost daily basis, we'll give you the exact messaging strategies and templates designed to cut through the noise, have you stand out from the crowd, and get positive responses.
Follow A Candidate-Focused Sales Process
Clients only care about one thing... the candidate. This is why our sales approach is candidate-focused so we're offering value instead of being pushy and salesy like other recruiters. If you are afraid of being "salesy" or "pushy", our simple process is designed to build trust and long-lasting relationships with clients.
Recruit "Passive" Candidates
The best candidates (the ones your clients want the most) are highly skilled and not actively looking for new opportunities. We'll teach you how to engage with candidates who typically don't talk to recruiters and how to bring them to your clients.
Scale With A Virtual Team
Once recruiting business owners have too many open positions to fill, they tend to stop taking new clients -- which limits their income potential. Instead, we'll teach you how to build a small team of remote recruiters so that you can take on new clients, free up your time, and make more money.

Frequently Asked Questions
Most of our clients join the program without prior recruiting experience. The reason why this works for them is because they just need to follow our step by process that we’ve proven out over the last 4 years and 300+ later.
What is required however are people skills, ability to be coachable, and willingness to invest the time and effort to implement our process.
Most people in our program don’t see themselves as sales people. But because of our “candidate focused sales process”, our approach is entirely focused on offer value in a non salesy way. We do this by focusing on the quality of our candidates instead of why a company should work with us.
About 90% of our program members have a full time job when they joined Recruiting Accelerator.
With the automation that we teach, most of our members need to only put in 1-2 hours per day on their recruiting business, mostly for taking calls with potential clients and recruiting candidates.
This will still allow for people running their recruiting business on a part-time basis to make 1 placement per month on average.
All you need is a laptop, a phone, and an internet connection.
We provide recommendations for automation tools as well inside the program.
The KPI in our program is that members should get their first client within 30 days of implementing their automations.
That should translate into making your first placement within 90 days after starting.
The industry average fee for recruiting businesses is 20% of a candidate’s first year base salary. So if you recruit a candidate with a $100,000 salary, your fee would be 20%, or $20,000.
Our KPI for our program is getting your first client by day 30 making that first placement by day 90. Then being on track to place at least one candidate per month.
The FTC recently ruled that non-competes are illegal. And prior to that, they were generally not enforceable
That being said, it’s important to be able to sleep well at night and not step on anyone’s toes
Which is why we have a “stealth mode” process for running your recruiting business on the side, and under the radar, where there’s zero chance an employer would even be aware that you’re running a business.
Then, once your recruiting business income has surpassed your current income, you’ll have the option to go all-in with your recruiting business.
In the beginning, you'll focus on getting clients. Then, once you have signed contracts, your focus will shift into finding candidates.
As a general rule of thumb, plan on spending the first 1 to 2 weeks going through our curriculum and video training modules.
Then you should budget a few hours per week for receiving coaching and 5 to 7 hours a week running your business.
Yes, if you complete our program and don’t place at least one candidate within 6 months, we’ll offer you a 100% money back guarantee.
